Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates & delivery times
We're happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times after processing:
• United States: 7–12 business days
• Other countries: delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout when available.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays can happen due to customs, carrier issues, or high-demand periods.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.
